Ratings and reviews

Lots of bugs, repetitiveness, not updating home page, reports do not work, does not stay in portrait mode. Does not allow edits to reviews as well as the daily tasks repeating by doing a task on an item I already did a review on. Changes layout once in a while from new and old look. Lack of "presence" in the app as of everything posted were fake or bots rather than real people and reviews.

No Customer Service...if you have an issue the Help Department, customer service is not that great. The app has been great for the last 3 years I have used it. I get great products all the time. I have been told that on my last review to "wait" until the newest update. Well, still waiting to do an expired review. So disappointing at the thought that my product review invite might slow down because of this. I will change score if help is provided or the update fixes the bug.

I've been using influenster for many years. I've been having fun with it. If I had any problems with campaigns they have been able to help with it. The app, however, keeps getting worse. The home page is forever the same, hard to see and answer people's questions, can't flag spam reviews and questions. Sometimes it just loads, and several functions also can only be done on the app so I get stuck in limbo.
