Not a great app. Lacks info for movies, a huge purpose for the app. Half the time (or more) you can't watch the trailer, no synopsis given, etc. And it frequently is unavailable... sending you to the website. Using the app was great for purchasing - and showing - your tickets. This needs to be fixed. It has been an ongoing issue. Disappointing app.

This used to be a great app until they started working on the rewards and passport features over two months ago. Have had passport for a while but different times lately have been unable to use the tickets I purchased since the feature is down on the app. They tried to charge me for my membership this month and unfortunately the card is no longer valid they have on file. I can't change the card on file since again that feature isn't available so they canceled my membership and I lost my credits.

Update They broke the cmx passport service and now i can't book using my pasport credits i have been using for months. awful app The loading times are huge, it takes too much time to load and it makes sometimes fail. Also i have the monthly subscription for 2 people and only gave me 1 free ticker when it should give me 2. The app is on the right way, better than the website but still needs some improvement.
