App is ok as far as navigation goes, but having to verify my phone number and email every time I log in is ridiculous. I have biometric login, but every single time I reopen the app, I get the same message, "having trouble logging in?" Then I have to reverify my email and phone number to get logged in.

Hi, Rusty thanks for clarifying your review. It sounds like you are following the steps to update your phone number instead of just logging into the app. If you get logged out, tap the "Let's Get Started" button, and enter your phone number to log in.. it's that easy! It is quick and easy. It was easy to set up. One thing i might recommend is that with my phone turned either way the edge of the powerpoint paragraphs was cut out. I'm not sure if the app is mis-adjusting, or another issue.

THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. I did what the app reqested, phoned the 1-800 number to gt help. A recording told me to write an Email... redicuclous! From the boring monotone voice on the course, to the tiny illegible print on the phone the experience stinks. I tried to swich to my desk top but could not find away forward... thats when I tried the 1-800 phone line...NO HELP!! as others have reviewed, This website is preventing me from going to work!!
