This is not a great app - it feels like it was made just to check a box and say "we have an app." Courses are very hard to take since they weren't designed for mobile screens. The text is very difficult to read. Many courses can't be taken in the app. The documents section throws an error. And if you have to take a call or something during a course, the app white screens and you have to kill the app and reopen. I guess it's best working feature might be the mobile ID card?

I don't know what to think of ISN, or Empower anymore. I have been been having nothing but problems with them, the browser, the app, all of it. I just keep experiencing bugs. A co worker wrote a review and was told to contact them for assistance. None of it was helpful. They all said the same thing: "Open it up on your chrome browser." "Use a computer." "Update the app." (It was already up to date. I have a test ONE test to complete, its 45mins long and it's due. Dissapointed.

I like the idea of the app I think it's a great tool. However I noticed you have to log out and back in if you receive a phone call and start videos over from the beginning, really frustrating and time consuming. I think if these issues are addressed this would be a awesome app. Thanks.
