the messaging chat is slow/glitchy. it does not post messages a lot, I hit the send icon and the message just dissappears as if all deleted. it also takes a long time for the 'unread' tag to go away even when it's been opened and scrolled completely through over and over several times over again it still shows. The chat on the app also doesn't update accurately in real-time, I'll log in through my laptop and the chat there shows messages I never got notifications for or see at all on the phone.

The worst work app I've used. For some reason, about half the time I send a message it either just doesn't send or disappears from the chat completely. Coworkers have the same issues. I also don't get notifications for most direct messages. This has gotten me into serious trouble when I was sick and my message calling off didn't go through, almost losing me my job.

It seems like since the last two updates, this app has been incredibly slow, whether on my PC and my android cell phone (LG). It does not update the team schedule, my shifts or dropped shifts quickly, so by the time you see them, they've already been assigned to someone else. Workchat seems to be a little faster. This app seems to work, generally speaking, a little better with iphones.
