great app, but the messages need to be fixed. if you open the app, the messages won't send until you close out of it and reopen. this is an occurance with all sorts of phones and it's really frustrating because my employees will send me something and they will think it sent and it never did. Makes communicating harder than it needs to be

used to be great. was purchased by Ripply and sucks now. refuses to keep the start of the week day set correctly. one shift shows on multiple days if it goes past 12am (ex: 6pm-1am) so employees are confused. a ton of "extras" were added that make this no longer just an easy scheduling software. on the back end of MAKING the schedule on a computer, the web interface is just as bad. more complexity doesnt = good. canceling the expensive subscription to this & moving to Sling for free & simple.

The worst work app I've used. For some reason, about half the time I send a message it either just doesn't send or disappears from the chat completely. Coworkers have the same issues. I also don't get notifications for most direct messages. This has gotten me into serious trouble when I was sick and my message calling off didn't go through, almost losing me my job.
