Ratings and reviews

Initially a tolerable app but after the most recent update (for which the app link to do so is also broken; keeps saying the update doesn't exist), it is unbelievably slow and freezes more than ever. Takes forever to sign you in and switch pages therafter now. Defeats the purpose of getting messages from IH if the app never loads anything. Very poor user experience.

Independent Health has been my provider since 1992 and I have had nothing but excellent service.

Been trying to log in for .3 days and it just keeps telling me to wait as it gets my information
