How It Works

- You'll be prompted when the workout is completed — do your happy dance.

FAQs
- Does it work when the phone is locked?
Yes. The app keeps the timer and audio prompts running in the background.

- Can I turn off the voice or beeps?
Yes. Use Settings to enable beep, voice, or both, and set volume.

- Will it track my route or pace?
No. But on the roadmap for the next version is keeping a history of completed workouts.
