Your body's circadian rhythms are 24-hour cycles of biological, hormonal, and behavioural patterns. I like a lot of what this app does, so I bought a lifetime license.... But, it seems to be missing a major feature which is to be able to best schedule a nap based on circadian cycles. It would also be really great to have a connection to smartwatch sensors to help adjust settings, based on how the body is responding.

Had trouble at first with the subscription, but it seems to be fixed. Great app, but still needs further development. First, the startup splash screen is a little annoying. It would be nice if that were optional. What I would like to see even more is a widget showing all the different parameters in the circular map found in the app. Would make an excellent widget to keep track of all the parameters. And highlight and specify by name the parameters that are active at that point in time.

The app has great educational content and health articles. The notifications and alarms are also helpful. I travel full time so I have to update when I go to a new time zone manually. Otherwise, the notifications are off. Great app for helping get into a better flow with your circadian rhythms and education on the whys behind it.
