Ratings and reviews

Very poor service -Editing to update complete scenario It takes them more than a week to deliver ( still counting as not yet delivered) and I got a message that around 20 % of items I ordered will not be delivered as they are out of stock. Update Didn't receive any communication but checked app to see that items have been 'returned'. Got standard reply on asking reasons that it is 'technical issue'. No reasoning and steps they are taking to avoid it in future. Seems unprofessional!

Recent experience is very poor. Prices are very competitive. There are wide varieties of choice. But the main problem is with the delivery system. There is no delivery schedule. Often orders are cancelled. Unless there are fixed delivery slots, Jiomart with all plus points will lose customers. Previously I rated 5 star but now I cannot give more than 2 stars.

The app has always been bad and laggy. But now, it's completely useless! It's not possible to shop for only reliance smartbazzar items anymore. Everything is mixed. To buy anything, one has to go through a hundred listings before finding something useful. Buying groceries is so annoying now. If people want to look at 100 listing of the same thing, they will go to Amazon, we don't need another one. Keep a separate app or section for 3rd party vendors
