Seems to be an amazing app if it wasn't such a pain in the @$$ to get verified, deposit money or buy kau with a debit/credit card. It took over a week to get verified then another 2 days for them to fix my account to show that I was verified, then i tried buying gold/silver crypto and funding my account for almost 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to find my account or buy any gold or silver. I tried every option to fund or purchase gold/silver and it never worked. And a joke to log in

Sadly it's true: I see a pending transaction for $100 in my bank account but Kinesis says the transaction failed. First transaction and my confidence dropped to the floor. If the money doesn't make it in the account, bye bye Kinesis.

Thankyou for responding. The withdrawal came in earlier today. And apologies for my harsh language. My primary reason for getting the app was the card, it would be good to get an idea about how much longer the card could take.
