Horrible experience. The thermometer did not work at all. It never provided any reading other than "L." The app requires a sign-in, skipping the "Enable Location" screen was almost impossible, and the same for the next screen. The only thing the App reported from the thermometer was "Uh oh, something went wrong." The "Privacy Policy" said there was a way to opt out of data coll & push notifs in the App but I never found where. So Hi-Tech it's useless.

This app and thermometer combo is incredibly helpful. I love the tracking and being able to set reminders. Update 12/10/22 we are in another round of sickness and I am using the thermometer and app a lot. Very pleased with this product and came to review it with 5 stars, I forgot I had already done that this past summer. Still using this in Oct 2025. What a great tool. Definitely recommend! Thank you!

So far the app seems to work as expected. One big thing I'd suggest is the option to add your own custom notes on the timeline. For example, my son has respiratory issues, so when he is sick it is extremely important for us to closely monitor his oxygen saturation. It would be great if I could make a note about what percentage his oxygen is within the timeline, so I can monitor if it is going up, down, or maintaining throughout the duration of his illness!
