Our leasing office provides clothesline cards that we can scan with the machines, which is our preferred method so we don't have to unnecessarily enter personal info on yet another mobile app. You used to be able to see the machines that were available. Now after the app update, you can only see the ones you paid for. Would be nice to go back to the old way so I don't have to haul laundry downstairs for naught.

Useful for payment if the internet can be reached, but unreliable for monitoring remaining cycle times. Times reported in the app do not match those on the machine. "Cycle finished" messages are sent when the app clearly reports that the cycle is not finished. The problem is worse when selecting options that have longer cycle times.

This app is an inconvenience literally every single time I have to do laundry. The connectivity issues with the servers are constant, and the local bluetooth connectivity with machines is extremely slow and inconsistent. The app crashes frequently - requiring multiple trips in and out of the laundry room to re-establish a link with the server - and I have had to re-install several times due to complete loss of function. I have no confidence in its security.
