Useless app, under pretence of digital services. Very long registration process asking for too much information. Tried to pay car tax, because they have killed a working ZamaKP app (it took 3 min for that). After multiple attempts, message came up that my request - to pay a tax will be "reviewed" by the relevant department. Why? No update for 3 weeks, then the app tells to "physically visit the relevant office". That's "e-governance" for you, wasting our time, and public funds.

the app was good but I was reset my passwords which not logging in, with the remarks that CNIC or passwords not avail in system, and there is no option of forgot password in the start of the app from where I can reset , so since 3 to 4 months I can't use this app, pl solve the issue

Extremely disappointing experience. The Dastak app needs serious improvements in both functionality and inter-departmental coordination. The process for renewing an ARM license is painfully slow, with verification taking an unreasonable amount of time. Worst of all, after waiting for weeks, the application is often deleted without any notification or explanation. This is frustrating and unacceptable. Please fix these issues urgently to make the app actually useful for citizens.
