Loan amount: 400,000 THB at 12% per annum interest rate (reducing balance method)

• Loan contract start date: 19/11/2019

• Payment due date: 09/12/2019 (21 days)

• Interest: (400,000 × 12% × 21) ÷ 365 = 2,761.64 THB

• Total installment: 18,830 THB, including:
 – Principal: 16,068.36 THB
 – Interest: 2,761.64 THB

Installment 2

• Outstanding principal: 383,931.64 THB

• Payment period: 10/12/2019 – 09/01/2020 (31 days)

• Interest: (383,931.64 × 12% × 31) ÷ 365 = 3,912.95 THB

 – Principal: 14,917.05 THB

Ratings and reviews

The app does not cater for non-Thais. In order to register you must have a Thai ID card, and there are no language options other than Thai. Very disappointing from a national organisation to only make this app accessible to Thai nationals. Especially considering there is no alternative payment methods available online.

App not working for 2 days now. Not the first time app is not loading or responding - not very good if you need to pay but can't. Fix this issue fast as customers can't pay loans.

Useless. Only for thai who can read . No english option at all. Even thai person can speak thai but cant read thai cant use it . Responding in english but not reading the commend , This is a thai person who already register for loan payment ,but can't read in thai , not all Thai people read in Thai too. A thai person can live in a other country but be able to speak thai but not read it.
