Changing ingredients is super clumsy for something like a pick 5, list gets so long The order summary screen just lists it all with no spaces between each of the 5 items; can barely tell where one item stops and next begins. That's probably why I never get my order correct. So hard to read. Also, when I switched apps to messenger to ask wife a question and switched back to Krystals app, it cleared my entire cart of 15 items.... that was almost enough to make me not even want anything anymore.

Everything was going well up until checkout. That's when I saw what has to be a bug. The subtotal looked about right but the taxes applied was more than the order itself! The total was more than double the subtotal. Obviously I'm not going to trust that the correct total would be charged vs what was displayed. Deleted that order quickly. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Krystal desperately needs an app to better communicate custom orders.

I've updated this app multiple times over the past 6 months and have only used it once because all other times, inside the app, the words are cut short. I can never tell what I'm attempting to order because either the word for the item is cut short or the text next to a checkbox is blank. I'd like to save some time and money by ordering through the app, but until it gets fixed, I'll just have to order in person.
