NAS Field Service Mobility is an ongoing initiative whose primary focus of the initiative is to completely mobilize the processes our field managers and technicians use on a daily basis.

The app keeps locking up. It kicks you out of calls that you are signed into. The app also signs you off the app. When you go to sign back in it keeps coming up with wrong username and Password. After three or four attempts to sign in it will sometimes work. The old App worked great 98% of the time.It was faster and easier to navigate through.

Constantly crashes to the point the device wants to put the app on deep sleep due to the multiple crashes. Working with the app for a couple of years have found a lot of redundancy as well as not being able to input correct information. Better off doing paperwork on actual paper.

Where do i begin... I could start with saying the corona virus pandemic has been better to technicians than this app. But in all seriousness, every update revolves around making the corporate's lives easier and zero consideration whatsoever for the techs that are breaking their back every day on the roofs. Unit labeling not being able to start with a 0 and having to delete the whole equipment to relabel has been the newest addition to the endless headaches of this app. btu for heat not added?!?
