The professionals at Life MD are very helpful and very responsive. The app makes it easy to contact support or schedule appointments. I joined for the weightloss program. I'm having great results so far.

I think that it's a good program but but some of the Dr's are not attentive. I had an appointment with Ben Wallace which he was very late in calling and I had walked from my phone but I immediately called back within 2 minutes of missing his call but was not able to talk to him nor did he do a courteous call back. Had to call and complain but it still took a few days to get another appointment.

pretty easy to work with. if you travel, make sure you make appointments when you are home as providers are licensed by state. just did 1st refill appointment and it was quick, easy and informative
