Like you, LIFX wants smarter light. This means we care about the way you control your smart lights, as much as we do about the lights themselves. We make it easy to get started with WiFi-enabled, bright, colorful smart lights that need no hub. Yep, you can start with just one device.

LIFX App can not only help give you the best start, but will turn your experience “up to 11”. Automate your wake up Schedule, or set up your movie-watching Scene (then set up voice control so you don’t even have to leave the sofa), or play with Effects next time you’re entertaining.

This app is getting worse. Most of the time, I use a widget to control my lights from my app home page on my s23 ultra. Sometimes, the switch goes missing from a few lights like they're offline, when they are, in fact, online. I open the app, sometimes the lights still show offline or they're online, but take forever to respond. Other days, everything is displayed and functions like intended. Very hit or miss. The app has been going downhill for a few years, unfortunately. The lights are great.

Still tired of having to restart the app every time I want to adjust or turn off my lights. If the app has been slept, it's a crapshoot whether it'll refresh and let me control my lights. With the current version, making a selection in the Scenes UI and then navigating to the Home/My Groups UI results in me not being able to open the combined controls for a group--something else I need to restart the app to work around.

Gets worse and worse. Should be so simple. Open app sometimes it loads sometimes It doesn't. Open the app and flip the switch to turn all lights on and half go on. Press a button for a preset scene and only random lights respond. I have to click the scene button multiple times and or try multiple other things to get all lights to respond. What's the point of a button that controls all the lights but when you press it you don't get what you asked for. This app is ruining these lights.
