2 years, later and the app is still crashing. this company deserves to go bankrupt, horrible. if your company uses this app, it means they don't care about you. Can not login, app constantly crashes. Even Samsung Note 20 with latest Android is stating " this app crashed too many times and has a bug" plus app hasn't been updated in over 3 months. This company is a joke and their app is garbage.

can't get in and when I called customer service they wanted me to enter a 20 digit password. At 70 this is very difficult because I couldn't copy it and couldn't remember each few as I entered them. I tried several times and finally gave up. I wish I could get into my account. HELP!! I just need to know the balance!!

This website is easy and convenient for me to file my reimbursements, because I had to wait on my card and some of the amazon items specified FSA but wouldn't take my card as a payment option for some reason, I called you all and we couldn't figure it out, so I paid with my regular debit card,
