Update: For all WBLS listeners - listen to BLS through the iheartradio app. You won't have the issue with the music stopping play. Technical Issues. I've used this app for years without any major issues. Recently, the app stops playing when the screen times out! I've even tried listening via my phones browser, and the same thing occurs. Please fix! I used listen to Marley's lunchtime mix while walking on my lunch break. I can no longer do this now.

I have 2 take this app off my phone. Works only when the light on my phone is on. As soon as the light cuts off I hear nothing, it cuts off & doesn't play. I see all the negative reviews r correct however I am very surprised. I grew up listening 2 WBLS in the 80's. WBLS has been around a long time. If this app is not going 2 work as soon as I put my phone down, it's useless 2 have it on my phone. My note 9 is new so it's not my phone.

This app is garbage. It won't play at all. If I could rate it zero I would. I love WBLS and it's a shame that their app doesn't work. The developers should make sure that it works and/ or fix it if it has issues. The error message is streaming error 403!
