The ListenWIFI app delivers live venue audio over Wi-Fi to smart devices in venues equipped with ListenWIFI or Listen EVERYWHERE* systems.

ListenWIFI is the most advanced Wi-Fi audio streaming product on the market—experience real-time audio for assistive listening, live event audio, and silent screens with ultra-low latency technology.

ListenWIFI benefits:

ListenWIFI is easy to use, simply:
1) Download the app
2) Connect to the venue’s Wi-Fi network**
3) Open the app and listen

Note: We recommend using wired headphones or neck loops to avoid audio delay from Bluetooth® wireless technology enabled products.

*Listen EVERYWHERE, the prior version of ListenWIFI, remains fully compatible with the ListenWIFI app.

** You must be connected to the venue’s Wi-Fi network where the ListenWIFI, or Listen EVERYWHERE, system is installed to stream audio.

Ratings and reviews

Audio works well when it works and I think it's pretty good at letting you switch channels. That said... Error messages are unhelpful, and it doesn't react at all well to unstable wifi connections. Also the back button (the system one) is completely ignored for some reason? You can't tell me you released an app without testing that. There's no visual feedback between tapping on a channel and seeing it start to play - easy to trigger a subsequent pause if you think you mistapped. Needs TLC.

The app works as described but I particularly want to give a very positive rating to the technical support, specifically to Theo. I experienced patience, professionalism, and kindness from him as I attempted to navigate some issues that were above my limited understanding. I don't expect this kind of service, I'm greatly appreciative.

what a disastrous app. absolutely useless. purportedly for conferences but in reality all it does is disconnect and search for connections repeatedly. droidcon NYC attempted to use this and it never worked at all. if a conference is asking you to use this software ask for a refund on your tickets: because you won't hear a word.
