I am trying to activate my e sim, but after the verification with singpass, at the registrations page, I cannot type my address in the address bar, as the app just doesn't response when I click on the address bar, there is no keyboard pop up when I click the address bar in the app. I cannot click "next" too as updating the address is required, can anyone help?

Maxx app developer should learn from other telco like Eight app. Eight telco app allow the account owner to subsequently log in on all the SIM line without using OTP , as owner may not be the line user (eg paying for multiple children/parents). This is possible by registering biometric for subsequent login. if owner/user is regularly apart, absent of this feature can be a deal breaker to stay on with Maxx. *Comment on below M1 Maxx Response: reliance on hot line defeat purpose of the App.

Worst data. Bought the data prepaid for my other phone so that my son won't be using mine. But unfortunately, this prepaid can't be used anywhere. Always no connection. Waste of money getting this Maxx.
