Horrid. The product vision is great and very tempting but far from the reality, but after much ado we are constantly forced to go to the center (Bugis) and deal with a combination of issues, even onboarding is so hard and a simple mistake costs a lot of pain. Really need to think of going all digital as the current experience only causes more churn, low nps and frustration.

I can't install the app fully. First I can't accept the T&C, after several uninstall and install, I finally got past that, only to take forever to load the app. I tried finger print access to no avail then uninstalled app, to try installing again and accessing via the password and it's still going round in circles saying "loading". It's unbelievable. I have spent more than half an hour trying to resolve this.

This app is absolutely awful! For the past 2 mths I have changed my payment method to a different credit card in the app, yet I'm STILL being charged on my old credit card. This combined with the very spotty broadband speed, makes it very easy for me to decide to NOT renew my contract that is ending soon. Can't wait to go back to the green ISP!
