Mains’l Solutions EVV is an easy to use, HIPAA compliant, Electronic Visit Verification Solution for home and community-based services programs.

• The easy to view screens and simple steps allows for the provider to select the person they are supporting, the service they are providing and start their visit with just a few quick presses. When the visit ends the provider uses a couple simple presses to complete the visit.

• Mains’l EVV Solution is in full compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act by capturing:
o The date and time the visit starts
o The location the visit starts
o The person being supported
o The service being provided
o The date and time the visit ends
o The location the visit ends

• While the app captures the start and end locations of the visit using GPS, it does not track the user during the visit. It simply takes a snapshot of the location when they start the visit and another snapshot when they click the end visit button.

• All visit information is accessible by your administrative team, the employee and other designated users.

• The Mains’l Solutions EVV app allows for complete capturing of data when the user does not have internet connectivity. The app will store the encrypted visit information and will transmit the data once the user has internet connectivity.

8/22/25 Keeps giving prompt login invalid. Finally, try enough times it lets me in using the same info it claims is invalid, but then I have to fight with it to let me log in again. There has been twice now it recognizes I clocked in but doesn't up date when I clock out. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, factory rest my phone, tried logging in with different devices, and still the same issue. Update 9/16/25 same issues again. 11/4/2025 same issue again.

This app is easy to work on. But there is no warning that it is not going to capture the GPS location and no way to fix it on this app. And to work 8 to 12 hours and not be paid for the app not working correctly is absolutely ridiculous. There is no other app that can be used for work. You're just not going to be paid if the gps location isn't captured. When previous apps I've used for the same job either warned you before you finished your hours. Or it had the option to send gps files.

My employee can't log in. Twice she tried to log in and she's told it's the incorrect username or password but she hadn't changed anything. She has to get a reset link sent and then changes it and 3 days later it did the same thing. I hope it's not going to be a continual thing for her. So frustrating.
