My worst experience buying online from makro.When I received my order, I didn't open and check everything at that time.Later when I opened the order some of the items were missing while I have paid the amount for the missing item.As I cant read Thai so I didn't crosscheck the item list delivery guy gave me.I have been calling the support from 3 days and nobody is answering.Everytime they tell me their operator will call me back but nobody called.I am so disappointed and will never shop again.

Makro failed to deliver my purchased item and didnt inform me. I found out my and they just said it was their mistake but they dont even know that they failed to deliver the item from the first place. If I didnt check I lost my money

It is very convenient when you don't want to go to the physical store. Downside is when you buy meat or something fresh. You can't get the cut you want.
