not very easy to figure out as a beginner what does new technology. and the customer service it's not as good as I'd like it to be. I wish they had a toll-free number to speak with someone instead of only through email. the email process takes a long time to get an answer. and they should provide the better booklet that come with this with larger letters to read the words instead of something so tiny that you need a magnifying glass

Always lagging, half the time the app says it can not connect due to network is unstable. About every 3rd time a message pops up further laboring the already excessively slow app just to tell you to "be mindful of your data", I dont think my data and what goes on with it is any business of this hideous chudd of a app. I'm honestly going to walk away from this abomination of a app.

Get constant notifications that my parked vehicles are coming/going, even after I have verified that they are known vehicles. It also identifies the swing set as a pet when the wind blows. I have tried changing sensitivity to low and it still does it. Very annoying to have 100 notifications for no reason.
