Local app and many errors found and not open app

A very typical app, create too much problem always when updated version is launched. Not satisfied with performance of this application, also no support from technical team or management to do anything regarding this issue. I will not like to install such a application who create so many problems, since last 10 days, l tried to install but got no success. Really very disappointed. A person who is with your bank as customer from last 45 years. Sorry , l have no words to tell anything more,
