Constantly getting "There was an error loading your video. The video may not be available in your area. If you're connected to a VPN, disconnect and try again". I've uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out, changed password and it still won't work.

The Three Now app used to be so good. Great content and delivery, but in the last few months the app has unwatchable. Constantly skipping or freezing and then jumping scene, makes it difficult to enjoy the app at all. Definitely need to fix it as it is actually the worst steaming app available in NZ. It is appalling that this app is owned by Sky and is so shockingly bad. TVNZ has an amazing team that jumps to rectify or upgrade their app. ThreeNow should be ashamed

App keeps crashing randomly when casting to my TV also, it glitches and repeats the previous 3 to 4 secs of what is showing, constantly, watching two min of a show and watched and heard it being repeated is annoying and or it just crashes entirely and I have to recast 🙄😒🙄😒🙄
