I had a very bad experience with this app’s customer service. I reported an issue and on Aug 11, 2025, I only received a generic email reply, saying they would get back to me within 2–3 working days. It has been much longer, and they still have not resolved my issue. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this app if you expect reliable support.

The app crashes when we try to make a payment. And then the bank gets charged, payment gets stuck in the app and we have to wait, or call the support to update the payment. Not to mention "failed" payments which charged the bank nonetheless but never received. Support doesn't know how to fix but instead make you go around circles with lame excuses. Really frustrating since this was my primary transaction app for years. I know bugs can happen, but when you don't fix Pick them for months,
