The ap was working great until May. At first could'nt access anything so I uninstalled the ap and reinstalled it. Worked good for 2 days. Now tried to use it and it did the same thing. So I redid everything and now it won't recognize my account and wants me to sign up again. This is starting to be a pain. Internet works great

been without service all day.. can't call for help after 6 pm if you're having an issue and self help won't fix your issue.

App wants me to onboard the router, the app doesn't work, restart, on board the app again... nothing but problems.
