This is the worst bank app I have ever used. It constantly forgets your login and password. Thus causing you to re-enter all your information over and over again. If I go through the step of setting up a pass code and or finger print, it shouldn't constantly forget my login information.

It's the worst app ever made. I've had to uninstall at least 10 times over the last 6 months. it won't hold/remember my login name most of the time. doesn't matter if I pick a login code or set up fingerprint verification. Whatever I set it up as, is all blanked out when I try to log in again. So I have to go through the whole setup . It's very frustrating. I'm actually thinking about switching banks. it has been acting like this for 6 or so months. I can't understand why they can't fix this.

Have my card turned off when I don't need to use it and had T-Mobile pull from it and cost me 25.00 for nsf and the bank has no one in that can help been up to the branch 3 times and just stepped out or went to lunch. The app for Android is garbage won't keep your keep your info to log in. Works great on apple not happy with this bank at all. Online banks are better and will be going back to chime
