I have using my system and this app for over a year now. The app is not accurate and doesn't have a real reading of the temperature. When I can control my splits over the internet, and turn them on or off, the reading of temperature surrounding is completely off. In place and location, the splits give me others values. This is a problem when you have to adjust the temperature of your system from a substantial distance according your home temperature. Also upgrade is not available.

Hi, you may activate "Follow me" function on the remote if you have it. The sensor will be switched to the one on the remote which is closer to the real room temperature. However, normally the data reads from the builtin sensor of the air conditioner. Hope above information helps and your feedback is much appreciated, thank you!

All my devices just suddenly disappeared. What is that about? Now none of my devices will connect again. 5 Mini Split A/C units. Edit: After trying with 5 different Android phones, and miserably failing, I tried with a friend's iPhone. I was able to add 1 device. Having said that, it is evident your Android app is broken. I will add the remaining 4 devices via the iPhone and hope they don't disappear again.

Ohh Well
It does the basics. What sorta bugs me is how much better the scheduling could be. You can't even "eco mode" as an option. Eco mode is very effective and efficient to use while you are at work etc. You can't set a temp range like on many Honeywell thermostats. You should be able to say "at this time I want the temp range to be 68 degrees to 74 degrees" then the cloud service will turn on cool mode if over 74 degrees and heat if under 64. It's just programming.
