though this would be easier. app support does not work cannot communicate with a person via chat. only option is to call over wifi. wth? WhatsApp would be so easy, but they are only available for sales questions not coverage support. now trying to get a refund

Hard to use, lack of concise information, badly optimised, need to do so many things on the browser that the value is very limited. Chatbot implementation is a gimmick, clearly some manager who has never interacted with a user decided that.

Contract is stupidly badly written. They will find ANY excuse to not pay. App works bad. Phones posted don't work and they tell you any weird random thing to not let you get paid. Not recommended at all. Shame on this app and company.
