MyADT is designed to give you access to your account and contract information and not to control the operation of your system. It has been developed to ensure a smoother customer experience. If you already use the ADT Smart Services app to manage, set, unset your smart security system this will not change.

Ratings and reviews

It is not possible to book an appointment via the app. The time slot radio buttons don't respond, which others have also recognised here. Useless.

A completely useless and pointless app, wait a week for an activation code only to find you can't book a single date on it, it just directs you to a phone number. I could have used a phone at any point. Update: app is still completely useless after another 12 months, still can't book a single date on it but, now not even given a phone number to call. That's progress for you.

Doesn't allow booking of an inspection, same as the website, you have to go through each day for a given month and the message states the system could not process the request. Just a waste of time. Call the number shown and they can't help either!!!
