Headset is very nice on your head, the sound not to good sometimes since brand new. After some use, nothing can be hear or volume is very low. I use it for few phone calls from home through the week, nothing special or crazy, and day by day, the headset goes worst and worst!!! so sad!! I never could fix it or send it back, as my husband bought it for me in a different state and we misplaced the receipt, even thought we have still the box and all the parts and serial numbers.

I bought a headset got it defective, when I called they treated me like I was at wrong and made it rough for me to a point I gave up and bought another headset. Upgraded one to top it off. I didn't learn. These one was just bad. Audio was awful, breaking up voice. I just wrapped it up and gave it away for free. Never again will I buy it again. They are not cheap either..

My expensive 550xt keeps hanging up calls randomly. Most times it's when it's important. I've updated to the new firmware and does it worse. I then went and bought a new one stamped 21 on the inside of the headset did not update it and its done it a dozen times in 2 weeks. This needs to be figured out because they are great otherwise, but I'm ready to throw them away and go to a different brand. Please get this issue fixed!!
