Never has banking been more convenient and felt as safe. An array of services all at the tip of the finger. Self service hasn't been more elite than this 26 June 2024 The interface of the app remains as excellent as it used to be. However, I noticed recently during an online transaction that the OTP didn't generate how it used to. This was quite a concern. Now I need to find ways to work around this to make sure that the safety of my bank account is not compromised. Hope NTB can fix this

This app is more user friendly than any other banks' apps. However, I noticed that it doesn't allow to screenshot in side the app. I know it's for the safety, but really need to do a page where we can either screenshot our payment/transfer or to download it as a PDF. since when people use this as a mode of payment, they need the (solid) proof (apart from the email).

So far the app has been good. However it's extremely frustrating when we have to change the passwords every so often and you cant even put the last 3 passwords. So in total you have to remember 4 different passwords. Would love it if you incorporated a finger print scan feature or not have so many changes. Thanks, will increase star level if this is fixed.
