Simplify building access and management with Visitor Check-In from Navigate360. This app is designed as a companion app to Navigate360 Visitor Management, it offers:

Effortless Check-In/Out: Staff can use the QR code generated in the app to scan and record their check-in and check-out times.

Flexible Substitution Scheduling: Substitutes can easily schedule and request approval for their visit timeframes directly from the app - once approved, they can also can use the QR code generated in the app to scan and record their check-in and check-out times.

Convenient Parent/Guardian Access: Parents can schedule visits, student late check-ins, and early check-outs for their children.

Note: To use Visitor Check-In, you'll need an invite code provided by your school through the Navigate360 Visitor Management solution.

What’s new

Navigate360 has made it easier and more secure for guardians to schedule student late check-in and early check-out events! When scheduling these events on the Visitor Check-In mobile app, guardians will now receive a QR code for the event. Allowing them to quickly complete the check-in/check-out by scanning the QR code at self-serve kiosks. Enjoy a faster, safer, and more connected experience!
