there's a lot of problems with tip batting where people promise a tip of up to $10 and then take it away right after drop off even if everything was done correctly and I feel like everything is rushed now too. I'm driving to drop off and order and the app doesn't see the traffic qnd takes the order away right when we get there. I think the tip shouldn't be able to be changed and we should be able to report customers for tip batting and sketchy activities like if they do or say weird things.

After using the app for a few months now, there's one major flaw in my humble opinion, and that is, you can only verify the customer's items if you are shopping for them, if you do a pick up and deliver, it asks you to verify but there's no list available to verify, also the H-E-B associate's ask you by last name and not first, the app only gives us the first name, other than a glitch here and there a good experience.

IF you can get the app to log you in without getting the NO INTERNET CONNECTION screen, even though EVERY OTHER app on my phone can access the Internet AND IF you actually get amy offers they are for garbage pay. I have run the app for 4 hours (when I could get it to work) and gotten maybe 3 offers, while getting dozens of offers on the 2 other food delivery services I use. this happens on two different phones and I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times.
