Ratings and reviews

I had an extremely disappointing experience with PVR's app and website. I tried booking movie tickets twice, and both transactions failed, yet the amount was deducted from my credit card both times. This is unacceptable! There was no immediate resolution or proper communication regarding the failed transactions. It's frustrating to deal with such issues when all I wanted was a smooth booking process.

The QR-based booking feature at the theatre is no longer working the way it used to. Earlier, scanning the QR code allowed us to book tickets directly through the app without any convenience fee, which was especially helpful in theatres that insist on cash-only payments, many of us rely on UPI and used the QR option to avoid this hassle. Now, even though the QR still scans, it doesn’t allow booking without the extra fee, making the whole process inconvenient again. Already emailed the same.

This is a very bad app. I booked and paid 6 seats 3k yesterday. by mistake Language became different while booking. There is no option for cancell ticket in just 15 minutes. There is no adequate answer when calling the customer service to the service. I immediately mailed. The replay did not come from him for 24 hours. I have been hard -earning money ..Let me not deceive someone else like me .. Please do not booking it 🙏🙏
