very bad experience. Non supportive staff. They sent me offer to join Gym on discounted price. when I reach GYM. staff said offer is over. And I have to pay full price. Now a branch open near to my house. i requested to transfer my membership to that branch on same price. But they are asking for extra money.

Be careful whoever signing up with Gymnation at first they offer free trial entrance and not knowingly if you sign up and provide your debit/credit card in their system, you are bound for a year. The contract cancellation policy is full of threats and about providing documents and even forwarding the case to a debt collection agency which on the top threatens to make a legal action. so instead join a good gym without threats and legal action

Be very careful before joining GymNation. Their cancellation policy is unreasonable and intrusive—they ask for visa cancellation, medical records, termination letters, or proof of moving 30km away. They don’t accept dissatisfaction or personal choice as valid reasons. No replies to emails or calls. Cheap prices come with cheap service and zero flexibility. Leaving is a nightmare. Think twice before signing up. I went to the reception and the answer is "that's the rules, sorry you have to pay".
