Ratings and reviews

This app is still not as good as the previous app, but it has improved. You can select up to 10 gyms now & the times are correct. Why still one star? Because it's sloooow. You can't search by teacher anymore; at least one location selected. The whole point of searching by teacher is to find out what & where they teach because you don't know. Also, you can't cancel a class, I think, if it starts within a half hour. We get yelled at to make sure we cancel if we can't go, but then we can't cancel.

They changed something in the app, and now it's horrible. Super slow. G-Fit Classes - navigation is horrible. You click on a date/date, and it doesn't jump to that day. The schedule takes foreverrr to load. You can't cancel a class you sign up for. There are penalties for signing up and not showing up to a class, so this is a REAL problem.

Bunch of rip-offs. Have a $9.99 membership, with tax would be $10.28 a month. Yet, somehow I have charges of over $240 for the first 6 months of the 2024. It's not really $9.99/month when they sneak $65 maintainance fee a year. Have some other weird charges like $1 here and $6 there, despite the fact that I don't buy any products from the location. Now will have to argue with those incapables that work there for a refund of my charges.
