App yg paling lembab in 2024, so consumer unfriendly, slow loading and the add keep pooping out. I know you want to promote greatness but yours are too much!!

A little bit difficult to top up and order. Failed a few times. Ended up buying from other coffee brands. There nothing much offered by Gigi. Should learn from Z on attractive offers and a more user friendly apps.

May 23: Still have not heard back from support team about deleting my account since April. The app lags when attempting to order and no clear minimum top up amount listed. Disappointing experience, do not recommend.
