Ratings and reviews

My 1-star rating is because navigating through the videos via the app is an absolute nightmare. Problem 1) connectivity issues between the camera and the app. 2) the videos take a ridiculously long time to load. So if you're trying to find a specific video then good luck.... 3) your "protected" (prioritized) videos are hard/impossible to find because there's no folder that separates ALL your "protected" videos from the rest of the normal recordings. The older the video the harder to find it.

I loved this until the recent update, I'm guessing. Ever since then, it won't connect and my phone gets notifications that the app force closes. It only connects after I reset it, forget the device and re-pair the Bluetooth. Once I close out of the app on my phone, the issue begins all over again. I will be taking this back to get something different.

Connection between the app and the Piqo camera is diabolical. Ive yet to transfer any videos as the connection is so slow and always fails. On two different phones. It has nothing to do with other connections and/or bad connection as Ive made sure the phone is solely connected to the Piqo and is right beside it. The WiFi connection says it is excellent in the WiFi settings. I'm considering returning the camera as this app, which is essential for the Piqo as it has no screen, simply doesn't work.
