2 stars because it used to work quite well so I'm hoping it can work again. It's now been months since the app was last able to connect to the 622 dash cam. Tried everything, even tried a second phone and updating the firmware through the SD card. Will try a third device but that's pretty much pointless as it's not the phone that's always with me except to see if it can even connect at all to some device.

I bought two of these cameras. Have owned them for about a year and a half, both of them. The batteries have failed, I cannot use the app to connect with the camera, when I am able to. I can't view saved footage. It only shows half of the protected files, it's getting very frustrating, I've already had the SD card replaced and the issue persists. Frustrated. I spent so much money on two cameras just to have them fail and not work within a few months. I've been struggling with it ever since

So when I originally bought the camera, got everything set up. And now it continuously crashes and I have to re-connect everything. Can't use the open live view feature, it will freeze EVERY time. If I would have known the In-cabin camera didn't work at night, I wouldn't have bought it. Even most cheap cameras on amazon have in-cabin cameras that work at night. Spent way to much money for it to be this bad.
