BEWARE SAMSUNG USERS! We can't answer calls on our Samsung Galaxy phones. When a call comes in, we can see the screen notification, but the call immediately fails when we try to answer it. This has been an ongoing issue that they have fixed a few times, but comes back with every update. I've now had a service ticket open for weeks. They make promises that never come to fruition. Their techs are confused and have no idea what to do. We are losing business. Now looking for alternatives. AVOID!

This app was always a bit clunky but it worked. Lately it has become unusable. The first problem is answering calls. When answering, the call drops and sends caller to voicemail. This all seemed to have started with the last update. UPDATE: Nov 8, I contacted support as requested and they discovered and issue the fix in v27.0.3. Because of supports responsiveness I am raising my app rating.

The cure for the failing app: every time after switching from the internet feed (mobile carrier/ WiFi, etc.) - Sign out and then sign in again, run the Preferences-> Health Check. Developers, PLEASE move the "CLOSE" button from the overlaying dial pad window SIDWAYS: this will help avoid erroneous call disconnect (I press "CLOSE", and then - by accident - the finger touches the red HANG UP button. The CLOSE is EXACTLY above the HANG UP. VERY INCOVENIENT!!! MOVE them to the opposite sides.
