Bad facial recognition. In one of the best lit room it failed. Morning, afternoon and evening sunlight it fails. I also noticed that the instructions is to look up, left, right and down but the app uses up, left and right then fails.

Does NOT include information that I can clearly see on the previous app. Why is that? 🤔 Again, it could not verify my facial scan. Finally, it did but, my registered address, phone numbers, etc are missing. What is the goal of this app? Why was it developed instead of improving and updating the existing app? 🤔

Mr or Ms. Developer your App UI is redundant why put features that simply don't work if I receive an Otp prompted by the app yet it doesn't verify my email or where is the option to link my passport which has the NiN on it let's face it Ya Basic also I use touch to unlock my phone yet the app won't allow Biometric login. Smhid... I'm sorry but the previous NiMC Personal ID app was way smarter
