Ratings and reviews

The items delivered aren't packaged well! If you order numerous items, you will receive many deliveries same day all hours of the day which make it impossible to stay home to receive them, especially when you have to work. There isn't any type of organization or option to request even later date delivery to get all the items you order together. Also, very,very bazaar, there isn't a receipt or gift receipt included in the delivery package in the event that the order is a gift!!!!

Unfortunately when it comes to the payment procedure the app tries to open a tab to the browser and then gets stuck. Moreover I could not complete the order with the Firefox browser , even on desktop mode.. so I had to use a desktop pc. Really bad experience, hope they find a solution soon. edit: I was able to complete my payment with Chrome browser, but not supporting some browsers seems like a real issue.

The app is crammed with functionality (now ads also). Initially impressive soon shows weaknesses. I've currently painted myself into a corner where it's impossible to change delivery point from the one cached on my default browser. Contacting help resulted in irrelevant, AI generated instructions. There's a couple of stores that should have gotten orders yesterday but will get tonight via other platforms. I've wasted ridiculous amounts of time fighting this app.
