Ratings and reviews

The items delivered aren't packaged well! If you order numerous items, you will receive many deliveries same day all hours of the day which make it impossible to stay home to receive them, especially when you have to work. There isn't any type of organization or option to request even later date delivery to get all the items you order together. Also, very,very bazaar, there isn't a receipt or gift receipt included in the delivery package in the event that the order is a gift!!!!

This review is for now only for the order experience in the app. Everything went smoothly. I'm waiting for the delivery (estimated for tomorrow) to see if delivery previews are accurate. On a side note, I really like the AI feature to find products. Just a pity that most products don't offer same day delivery on my area, but since it's a marketplace, doesn't sway my rating (for now). as promised, delivery went AWESOME. So keeping the 5 stars. well done Skroutz!

I have used the app for multiple orders the past year for shipping to CY. While shipping initially was indeed free over 200e a limit of 8kg was placed without any notice. Currently shipping over 8kg or under 200e is ridiculusly high. Got them from Amazon with less shipping delivered in 4days. Also promotions are deceptive. u have to search among thousands of products which qualify for the "gift". Lastly many products are shown as immediate available from multiple stores, but trully unavailable.
