Although the app is good, the ring itself works on and off. In the last one month, the ring randomly switched off more then 8 times without any notification of low battery. When I put it on the charger, it still had >50% charge in each case. Buy this ring only if you want it to work once in a while. Mind you I got the ring replaced for this exact issue once. The customer service is excellent but don't think they can do anything if the hardware is poor.

The app is also super easy to use everything is laid out clearly, and it makes understanding my data simple. But what really stood out for me was the customer service. They went above and beyond. Every question I had was answered quickly, clearly, and with so much patience. Highly recommend

After the latest update, my luna ring is not holding the battery back-up for even 24hrs. i haven't even synced my data for a complete day in the past couple of weeks. please fix this issue and it's an easy 5.
