This is after 1 years of use. After recent firmware update to noise master buds 1, charging case shows false indication of fully charged , bluetooth connectivity issue. I think once noise introduces newer version they spoil the previous versions via a firmware update on purpose. I was planning to purchase Noise Master Buds 2 , but now will never buy any Noise products

very very poor after sales and support service. it took a month to resolve my issue. There are so many gaps in their delivery model and application... customer care people are not trained well .. I had to escalate the matter to ceo level... nonsense.

FIRST OF ALL SOUND QUALITY best.There are so many issues in this app. if both earbuds are in use it's ok.BUT IF YOU ARE USING SINGLE BUDS FOR CALLING AND OFFICE TIME. TRANSPERENCY AUTOMATICALLY ON ,SO YOU WILL GET AIR NOISE.YOU WILL ALSO GET AIR NOISE WHEREVER BOTH EARBUDS USE WHEN YOU ANC TURN ON.IN MY POINT OF VIDE IF USE FOR MUSIC THEN OK . REST LOOK FOR DIFFERENT PRODUCT
