If the whole purpose of you as a parent getting this watch is for safety and piece of mind, then my experience so far suggests you look elsewhere. The connectivity is always laggy, 20-30 sec easily every time we turn on the app. The GPS tracking, calling, messaging, batt life, etc is really not fantastic. Perhaps there is too much packed into a small device. We even had the entire ecosystem offline for days without any means to reset it.

buggy. having issue pairing the app with the watch. seems like compatibility issue with Samsung S25ultra. Have to use another phone to pair to the watch. sharing of photo on the app also encountered issue. kept prompting that there are permission issues. but I have already enable all permission already. kinda disappointed with the watch and the eco system.

App is buggy as hell. Black screen upon launch followed by 3-5 secs before the UX appears. Location tracking takes a long time to triangulate, often resulting in timeouts. Unable to make any successful voice or video calls. App freezes every day. Truly disappointing experience, terrible waste of money.
