Terrible. Half the order missing first time I used it. Ordered items for cupboard, freezer and fridge. Anything for the fridge not delivered. Missing raspberries, blueberries, yogurts, cheese, ham etc etc etc. Now I have to waste time sorting it out. This is not a unique service. I've never had this with anyone else. This is not a new idea. It's been perfected for years. This is the first time so it's 0% correct deliveries for me. They charged for it all though. They didn't forget that part.

they deliver on time! great service. so far, all the delivery staff I have encountered are very professional and courteous. Whenever there is a problem, it is well resolved on time or a refund processed.

Love it. Scaled down, obviously, as you aren't able to just do your weekly shop as they won't have access to all foods, but it's brill if you need a few essentials for the weekend, at a reasonable delivery price (and/or quickly).
